Beware car insurers that promise but don't deliver

I had a minor accident on the 11th of June that damaged my grill and spoiler. Both are going to be replaced. My car is a Lexus NX. Automagic Montague Gardens has been assigned by King Price to fix my vehicle. Today is the 30 of July. Nearly two months have gone by. I pitched up with my vehicle on the appointment date on the 15th of July just to find out that neither the panelbeaters nor King Price have ordered the parts. I am still waiting. The estimated time for completion keeps on getting moved further and further. I am fed up. These people are service providers, they just don't provide any service. They don't communicate with you. I logged numerous calls and support tickets. And nothing. So why am I paying King Price every month? For their false advertising and false promises?
