BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE EVER EXPECTED

I emailed King Price to ask for a copy of my policy schedule so that I could add a new phone and also review what was covered at that point in time. A lady named Amanda called me back to get some info so that she could give me a quote for the phone insurance. Not only did Amanda do that in only a few minutes (while I was between 2 tight meetings) but she arranged for the excess payments on our 2 cars to be reduced from R4500 each to R2500 each in the event of a claim. Amanda then added the phone and within 90 minutes I had the updated policy schedule emailed to me. Amanda turned an admin task for me into an opportunity and to top it all off, she was extremely friendly, efficient and to the point. <br> <br> PROMOTE THAT WOMAN!<br> <br> My contact with her inspired even greater confidence in KP and I'll definitely be ranting about the great and prompt service I have always received from this outstanding company.
