Best value AND Royal service indeed!

I have never posted a compliment on here - I believe that service is after all what we pay for. However...<br> <br> I have my car, home content and portable possessions insured with King Price but not having claimed, one can never say if you made a good choice or not...<br> <br> I totally forgot to provide my IMEI number 2 years ago when I insured my phone and when it was ****** earlier this month, my heart sank when Runjay informed me of this.<br> <br> He however provided me the unexpected opportunity to send through proof of ownership of the phone, based on which they can still pay out my claim.<br> <br> The biggest hold-up was for me to get the details and proof out of Vodacom's archives... Runjay and King Price however arranged for my full pay-out within 4 days!!!<br> <br> (My only suggestion would be to look at the hours of your call centre as I battled to lodge the claim initially)<br> <br> BUT! Who needs a broker when you have an insurance company looking after it's clients?<br> <br> Keep up the good work you guys!
