<p>Called in to review my policy and to make changes on my policy, and I must say a gentleman by the name of Dawid Pieterse from the Retention Department was of a great assistance. Giving me feedback every minute, even when my information was incorrectly updated, reducing my premium as well. I work for an insurance company myself and I understand the rerate of the the premuim but Dawid Pieterse went all out to do things my way. Thanks Dawid, Keep it up with the great service.</p>
