Best Insurance until you claim !!!!!

Mr Koos Mafa had a accident more than a month ago, King Price arranged for the vehicle to be towed to their premises and for more than a month Mr Koos Mafa has been trying to find out where his vehicle is en when he will be getting it back. He spoke to Sheldon who is the supervisor and who promised him to get back to him once he listened to the telephone conversations between Mr Mafa and Beverley-ann and to date more than 1 week has passed and Sheldon has still not rep****. SO WHO AT KING PRICE WILL REPLY?? WHO WILL INFORM MR MAFA ABOUT HIS VEHICLES WERE ABOUTS. Mr Mafa has send numerous e-mails and not one has been rep**** to. Every moth he pays his insurance and now that he needs it is is NON-EXISTENT. They gave him a courtesy car but did not get his own vehicle fixed in time and Mr Mafa had to return the courtesy vehicle and now has been without a vehicle for one week and he is battling to get to work - yet his insurance makes provision for a courtesy vehicle so why does he not have the courtesy vehicle for period in which King Price takes to repairs his own vehicle? Why must Mr Mafa sufffer when King Prince clearly has *********** people working for them?
