I had the pleasure of being assisted by one gentleman Monty Thipe from your company. He was very patient, understanding, and transparent. From the moment he reached out to me to tell me about King Price, I was blown away. He called me at a time that we both agreed to (something that most insurers often do not often prioritise or think matters, so for me that was important). We also ended up keeping in touch via email where I could ask him detailed questions about the cover. I was given the right platform to ask questions and at any time. I appreciated that. I felt important and also like I was like his only client.
