As always, an absolute pleasure dealing with them! Best insurance company EVER!!! Following my request for a call back, I was phoned by Norman Burness on Saturday at an inconvenient time, so arranged for a call back on Monday at 08:30. My phone was already ringing at 08:28, and within 15 minutes, I had my new cover sorted, and even got his personal e-mail for update later, which followed within 5 minutes of my request. Excellent service as always - keep it up!
