Best friendly customer service by Ravon and Gavin

I apologise for being impatient and writing a review because of being unsatisfied with the first telephone response. Had a chat with Ravon for assistance regarding cancelling my policy. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Assisted me with providing excellent advice and so willing to help. My request was to cancel for now due to certain circumstances at this stage and I will definitely reconsider and contact King Price once personal issues have been sorted. So far my communication previously with Gavin and today with Ravon have been extremely satisfactory and I will definitely at a later stage (perhaps in 3 months time) be willing to talk to them again. Unfortunately I had to cancel today due to some uncer*****ies and personal issues. Thank you.
