Best Consultant Ever (Tebogo Motaung)

<p>Ok... In a nutshell i cancelled my policy but king price insurance still debited my account. I called them and i was getting the run around i spoke to numerous agents from king price but no one was giving me any joy just passing it to the next person and so on untill i spoke to Tebogo Motaung... To some it up he was assertive showed empathy and was very confident with his approcah in minutes i was put at ease he even sent me a mail confirming everything we spoke about a true god send. This guy should be nominated as a manager and he should train the other so called consultants how to handle a irate client and teach them to problem solve as well.</p>
