Best call from any Insurance Company Advisor

I have been looking for better Premium for my 2015 vehicle for a while now. Before I could think of looking elsewhere, I decided to request King Price to call me back. Within 5 minutes they returned my call and I was transferred to Julian, the retentions advisor. Helpful, sincere and dedicated as any customer service personnel. IN that 10 minute conversation, I was able to grasp many Insurance concepts and practices as well as a reduction of almost R300 in my Premium. I could not be more satisfied.
