Best agent award - ANY call centre nationwide goes to Cara Ann Grater
I bought a second hand car which was not on my name... Cara Ann Grater the agent is EXTREMELY bubbly and able to relate at a human level.
In short my experience was both without pulling my hair out and I actually left the conversation like I achieved something.
