Being Billed after cancelling my policy

After only requesting a quote, it was assumed that I signed up for a policy - still needed to sort out some details with my existing insurance company, therefore postponed the commence date, after my existing insurance company radically reduced my premium, I decided to stick with what I know and stay with them! I cancelled my policy with King Price and am STILL BILLED on my bank account after cancellation, for the admin charge PLUS my premium....called them immediately and thank goodness they are sorting it out asap (or I hope so), but so thankful that I decided to cancel with them and STICK with Miway, which is still the very best!!!
