Being a 3rd Party claim at King Price is a joke

King Price your attitude stincks!! My vehicle was parked at a school in Braamfontein. One of the teacher's cut the corner and bumped into my Fortuner. The person admitted guilt and phoned King Price for a claim number. I had to phone King Price and received a letter that stated that I must jump trough hoops to get them to pay the claim. I got three quotes and all relevant info. I have asked them in numerous e-mails to confirm that they have received the mail and to confirm that all information is with them. They ignore you and don't make contact. I get the feeling that they think the problem will go away if they keep quite? <br> To top it the person that created the accident is also quite. They believe King Price must pay and King Price ignore me? Can anybody help me! WHAT TO DO!!!
