Be warned! King Price has a *****

<div>Absolutely terrible experience regarding your legal team. Last month, someone opened their door and knocked it into my car, causing some nasty damage.

He was very apologetic, and I thought well... this is what I have insurance for. But no, his insurance company told King Price that it wasn't their clients fault... but rather "god's" fault for making it windy that day. It get's worse... King Price's push over legal team just accepted it and just apologised for not being able to do anything.

So is it fine if this "god" also decides to put a stop on my debit order, and then I can just apologise for not paying - but you still provide me with full service?

Absolutely ridiculous! You should be embarrassed by your legal department. </div>

Good Day Mr. Osman,

We trust that all is well,

Apologies for the unhappiness caused throughout this Recoveries process,

As per our telecommunication earlier today, please see here below a comprehensive writing on the reasons for closure on the recovery claim dated: 2020-11-04 15:45

We regret to inform that a recovery will not be possible on this matter, it is the duty of all legal recoveries advisors to inform a client that any form of recovery is lengthy and not of a guaranteed status as same is dependent on the co-operation and choice making of a third party institution, we have attached the email to the policy holder, after attempt to call client when the recovery claim was initiated, stating same,

Further in the interest of the client we attempted to initiate a recovery against the legal representative of the third party involved, whom is represented by Outsurance Insurance Company, their response to the recovery claim was in form of a Rejection, stating that the matter is rejected based on “Act of God”, as both parties involved mentioned that the vehicles door was propelled due to a gust of wind. The case law has been emailed to you.

When reviewing both our client’s initial description and that of the other party involved, both individual confirmed and agreed to the fact that the wind did in fact play a part when considering the merit and circumstances of the collision,

Regretfully we cannot further proceed with a recovery of this nature,

Should there be any confusion, or queries, please feel free to write to the sender hereof,

Warmest of regards

Thanks Marques for confirming my point about King Price's inadequate legal department. As you have admitted, you were privy to this knowledge prior to attempting to claim from the 3rd party.

If your legal department was well equipped and experienced, surely you would of not attempted to claim based on the exact reason stated in your reply. Only once Outsurance (who I can only assume is much stronger legal department) rep**** saying it was the "wind", or "god" as you blasphemously state, did you realise that this may be an issue in retrieving a claim.

So there you have it straight from the horse's mouth - as my original complaint stated, King Price's legal team is indeed WEAK.
