BE CAREFUL!!!!

I am so upset. My vehicle went in for assessment only to see if it is possible to be fixed. I was told that if not, my vehicle would be returned to me free of charge. During this time I was never informed of what was going on and had to call in to get any feedback whatsoever

They then told me my vehicle cannot be fixed (or it would be more than 70% of the value of the vehicle) and I said that I want my vehicle back.

Yesterday they made me an offer which I said no to and today when I call to ask when I will get my vehicle back I was informed that they decided to write it off, proceed with the claim which I cancelled and now I have to BUY my own property back from them!!!!!

Never in my life I have experienced anything like this!!!
