Batisana at King Price don't deal with her
I'm just shocked at Batisana at King Price, these people just can't help with anything without you being transfered from department to department and all over the whole call centre.
The undertone in this Batisanas communication is just not friendly at all. By the time I had reached Batisana I was already frustrated from speaking to more than one person who couldn't help me
Argh... No royal treatment at all

04 Apr 2022, 15:02Further to all of this, I agreed to a settlement to the bank on condition that the premiums that I paid to the bank after the theft of my vehicle be refunded to me.
Breyton Janse van Vuuren told me that they couldn't add these premiums to the settlement and that I would be refunded after the claim was finalized.
I have emails to Charles Schutte where I asked about refunds for the premiums paid to the **"BANK" , both Manager and staff member above have manipulated conversions to withhold these premiums from being refunded and have now turned around and said that I signed the settlement.
OMG please don't ever take insurance with King Price, you will not be treated royal. Don't do it!!!!!!
