Bank Account debited without my concent

Last month I cancelled the insurance I took with King Price and informed them via email that my reason for cancelling the insurance was due to my financial state and that I could not afford insurance.<br> I later received a call from an agent, unfortunately I could not speak to him because he called me during working hours and I requested him to call me at 6pm, he informed me that it won't be possible because he leaves work at 6pm. I then requested him to call at 6:50pm and he agreed but I never received a call from him.<br> <br> This morning I received a notification from my bank informing me that King Price deducted money from my account. This is unacceptable, firstly they deducted today, 24th of the month and yet the agreement we had was the 25th of every moth, secondly they deducted two amounts out of my account which I am still wondering what they were for as I no longer have insurance with them and lastly I traded in the car I had insured with them back to the dealer which is also due to the same reason I sent them an email requesting them to cancel the insurance, that is my financial state and that I can not afford to have any extra cash taken from my account.<br> <br> This is *****!!!<br> <br>
