BAD WORST KING PRICE

This is the worst insurance in the wold. My phone and my wife's phone got lost (******) about n week ago, gave king price a call on Monday 26/02/2018 thy told me it can take up to 5 working days. Know I Phone the and thy told me that thy are still waiting for two QUOTATIONS on the one phone. People Why don't thy just got both Quots on the same time. FRANS KEKANA who work with the claim don''t even get back to me AFTER I sent him Mails and phoned him. I'm a sales manager and all my customers got my number so know i''m losing business. Is it fair??? It is insured for a surtend amount now thy cam with stories.
