Bad Treatment from King Price insurance

King Price is a ****.. Thinking i was even considering joining them i have changed my mind after the treatment i am getting with the third party claim i have with them.

So their client bumped into me few weeks back. She didn't stop on a stop sign to join the main road without observing and i happen to be on the main road at that point, so she bumped into me from the from passenger door all the way to the back passenger door. The poor lady did not even fight she admitted on the spot that she had a lot on her mind and did not see me.

to cut the story short i submitted the third party claim to king price and did 3 quotation as they requested. and the cheep quote was around R14 000. i submitted all the documents. and then the came back to me saying the can only give me R5 000, I tried calling them spoke to two of their consultant (Lesedi and Nyiko) who were very rude and told me i am also liable, my question is how can someone on the main road be liable while their client ignored the stop sign to bump into a car on the main road???

I really need help to fight this treatment i am getting from this insurance company. i am just a young man who uses this car to generate an income. this car has been sitting at home not moving and it has affected me very much. I am a very careful driver and its so painful been treated like this by a big company like King price.
