Bad treatment from King Price
I have been with King Price for the past 5 years, without a claim. I requested to review my policies i was given R10 discount. They are telling me about parts that went up, mind you my profile does not have any claim for the past 5 years with them. I was helped by Daruis Kasalu which the rating department has dismissed him even when he tried to show them my profile. There is no Royal Treatment that they give, just crub treatment. R10 for someone who has paid over R230000 over period of 5 years and you give him R10.

13 Feb 2025, 11:48Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore! Our retentions team will be in contact to discuss your concerns and the way forward.
