Bad treatment by consultant and no respond to follow ups

<p>I had a policy with King Price for more that 2 years. My car was hitted by another car in a parking area in August 2015, fortunately i was not inside the vehicle. (the owner of the car that hitted my car was also in King Price Insurance)</p> <p>I spent a lot of airtime trying to submit a claim until it was successful since they dont come back to clients when the client is in trouble.</p> <p>My claim was supposed to be treated as third party claim but that did not happen. i was adviced by the consultants that if i have to wait for my claim to be processed under third party it will take forever, since the third party is in argue with insurance that he was not wrong to what happened and they have to go through lawyers and courts. they further told that since i have a policy, it is best to claim under my policy and the legal team will then transfer my policy to third party claim when the issue of courts is finalised AND they will refund me access money I have paid.</p> <p>My claim was processed with lots of bad service that i will never forget until my car was up and running again. one of the consultant once told me that "you are forgeting that you dont own a car... this is the Bank's car"..... and i wondered what was she trying to say?</p> <p>After the whole process i divorced Kiing Price since they quoted me a very high premium after the accident and i got another new home to insure my car. I tried many times to follow up with King Price on how is the case so that my claim can be regarded as third party claim and get my access money back but no one is willing to help untill I gave up to be on their back.</p> <p>Here comes my biggest issue:</p> <p> Since late 2015 until to date 13/03/2017 I never got an email, call, sms or any other communition from King Price Legal team on what happened to the person who hitted my car and if my claim have been transfered to be regarded as third party claim or about my access money that they must refund me.</p> <p>What kind of a service is that to a client who never missed payment or done anything wrong to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>King Price I want my money back and solve the third party issue out. today when i am looking for a cheap insurance quote they tell me about that claim which put me on bad record.</p> <p>your service is OUT OF ORDER.....</p> <p> </p>
