Bad sportsmanship

So I told him very boldly R238. He started laughing and say he's very curious to know THÌS company. I told him he makes my ins comp now a laughing stock. He just conferred, Who is this company. When I told him Momentum. He soon said bye. I'm so disappointed in KP. I made a quotation with them same time as with Momentum and they were too much, now they're laughing at Momentum. The competition board needs to be alerted of such bad attitude, or shall I say bad mouthing. Have some sportsmanship. Joh.
