Bad sevice waiting over a week to get claim approved

Its been bad experience i have called in to register an accident claim on the at the time of the accident on the 12th of February on the 16th they sent me to the assessment center at automagic to day the call saying the cannot finalize the claim because they cannot get hold of the third party why im i paying insurance again i give up
