Bad Service/Quote Rejected
DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!
After I made a claim in September, till today I get told that my quote has been rejected.
I made a claim of the engine in September. I was asked to send all the necessary documents, and all were submitted. Everytime a make a follow up, they change departments and consultants.
Early this morning I made a call, a lady by the name of Charmaine confirmed that my claim was legit and it’s level 4. Only this afternoon, another lady called to say my claim is rejected.
I feel like these people are ****ming people and it’s not acceptable!!!
