Bad Service & Uniformed Information

On my policy KP***, I requested an update on my policy, I called in and was told it was updated, a new schedule was sent to me with the wrong address. Every time I try and call king price there is some sort of system problem, they then promise to call you back and they NEVER do. My partners policy KP*** premium was increased and king price claim that he had interrupted insurance due to him not being the regular driver. He had an epileptic seizure and was not allowed to drive for 6 months upon which he changed the regular driver to an alternative person but the policy was still under his name and he has been a customer of king price for years already but king price still wants to increase his premium and also did not inform him that this would be the effect. We then called in to combine our insurance under his policy KP*** and take out household insurance and once again was informed that somebody would contact us and guess what, they NEVER did. We are very dissatisfied with the level of service and treatment received from king price. We would like somebody to call us to rectify the premium adjustment and to combine our insurance or we will take our business elsewhere!
