Bad service turned Brilliant!!!

So had a policy for my vehicle which I had to cancel. Been requesting to cancel however had no luck in that as it wasn't. Was staring to be annoyed at them calling me everytime asking me why unpaid premium. So today I got a call from their retentions Dept from one humble, down to earth, so much humility even in his voice. Instead of him cancelling or making me feel bad he actually too his time to get to hear the main reason for cancelling and offered me advice to help deal with my problem. We talked like we having a cup of coffee at a corner coffee shop while he maintained his professionalism he offered me something one needs in this days and times. *Michael Venter* thank you very much keep up the kind work you do. So many needs it out there and if you can offer it do it to others as well. Be forever blessed. ?
