BAD SERVICE, ******** LOOKING FOR ANY EXCUSE TO NOT PAY

My wife was involved in an accident where She hit a pedestrian on the 19th of Dec coming back from work at night. The claim was submitted on the 20th of Dec and all required documents were sent. Boipelo is the lady who's handling our claim, you sent her emails she doesn't respond nor acknowledge them. I was told the car is written off three weeks ago, ever since I am calling them to make the follow up, its the same story everyday. We are busy validating the claim, Saturday I was told the validation is done the claim is with the manager for the final God knows what.. Just a few min ago they call my wife's colleague to ask if was She at work and was she supposed to be working on that day. Like ***, they want to come with excuses now is time to pay and it was all good all these years from 2017 paying them without a fail.

They are ****** and dishonest looking for loop holes to not pay, please be careful when dealing with this insurance they are not what they say they are.. I am definitely cancelling this insurance so are the people I've referred to them.

As it stands the courtesy car must be returned this coming Thursday yet our claim is not finalized, KP You got another thing coming watch the space!!!!!!
