Bad service received

I have registered a claim on the 15th October 2024 today marks a month and my car has not being fixed, King price is good at taking the money every month but come the time that they are supposed to pay for your claim you will receive the worst service ever you will regret joining them they don't fulfil their promises you will send email and they never respond you will call and they will promise to call you back but they never call back. I'm really frustrated
