Bad service once again
Once again bad service, how long should I wait for my excess refund, and what's making this whole thing unsatisfying is that I received incorrect information and now you guys are ignoring my emails and my WhatsApp via your channel, I want someone higher than your agents to provide me with information because this incompetence is on a another level.
