Bad service on insurance claim.
Can't wait for my car to be repaired so that I can change to another insurance company.

12 Sept 2023, 16:47Courtesy car is only for a fixed duration... fair enough. While I continue to pay premiums and courtesy car, I don't have a car. My car is still out on repairs without any indication of when the repairs will be done and it seems like it's up to me to chase the repairers because the insurance has "done it's job" and now they don't care. That's the summary of my story.
