Bad service from the claims consultant-CKP***/5

On the 5th February my car and key were ****** at the restaurant in the even and immidietly being aware I contacted tracker and went to the police station in Brackensdown.The following day I contacted kingprice insurance to put a claim and guess what instead of symphathising with me the lady was very judgemental to the case in which I was not impressed at all and the tone on the phone was not even positive..i regret why I recruited people to Kingprice.when they dedudct our premiums or selling they products they sound professional and nice.put on a claim they are totally different.
