Bad service from sales agent named TUMI

I had a terrible experience with an agent called Tumi. I had called in to cancel my policy that was supposed to start on the 1st of May, because my current insurer’s sister company managed to get me a better deal and the response from Tumi was appalling.

I understand trying to retain a client, but guilt tripping me by telling me how I am messing with people’s commission and how I am supposed to know that these insurance changes will affect my credit score, since I work in insurance is absolutely ridiculous and not fair as I also have a salary to protect.

I was told that the matter has been escalated to their manager, but I have not received any feedback since then, not even an apology from Tumi

Insurance companies call us every day to change our policies and when I actually do that, people like Tumi tell us about messing with people’s commissions as if we have salaries to be throwing around
