Bad service from King Price Insurance
On the 17th May 2020, I put a claim with my car insurance company. King price has been giving me a run around. Firstly they said that my sensors were an additional extra which isn’t true but it came with the car. I emailed king price the original copy of my car specs to show that sensors come standard with the car. Till today the car has not been fixed. What’s the point of having an insurance if they aren’t going to assist. For the price one pays for the insurance it’s not worth it. I’m now looking for another company to join.
