Bad service from King Price approve workshop

My vehicle was in accident, King Price approve the repairs, and said I must take my vehicle to Auto Bond. Got my vehicle back and they put pirate parts on that is not lining up, my vehicle look even worse, the spray work was very bad, some parts was spray half. I send to King Price mail with photos that I am not happy with Auto Bond work that they have send me to. King Price talk to Auto Bond to put OEM parts on the vehicle this is what the workshop told me. I did took my vehicle back to Auto Bond. Two days later got call from them they said my vehicle is ready. When I pick up my vehicle you can clearly see not much has improve on the vehicle. I took my car to Isuzu for inspection and they pick up parts are missing. No OEM parts was on the vehicle still the pirate parts that does not fit on the vehicle. The first thing they said when they saw the vehicle without even starting the inspection, that with naked eye they can see the car was in a accident and the work on the car looks like it was done by person with no papers (Back yard mechanic).

This is the kind of service you will get from King Price. They will send your vehicle to be repaired cheap and looks even worse when comes back with bad paint work, pirate parts on vehicle that does not fit.

My advice either don't go to King Price, or you tell them you will take you vehicle to your choice approve OEM workshop.

I am now in touch with my lawyers' and the Ombudsman to deal with this matter of King Price.
