BAD SERVICE FROM KING PRICE

bad experience with King Price, 3 weeks down the line after submitting claim no feedback no communication. I Tried calling to follow up on the claim for a week they tell me it's parked with management. it's going to be a month my car is still parked at the panel beaters!
