Bad service from Claims Department
I regret the day I moved my insurance to King Price. It took me from 12/01/2021 until 23/04/2021 to settle a claim of R8000 for lost spectacles that was specified. Their claims department made me jump through all the hoops they could think of. I have moved both my personal and business insurance elsewhere. Quick to sign you up, very reasonable rates, but beware the day you need to claim!!
