Been Service verywell before today..they have wasted my time and precious moments..

Logged a call for a Flat Battery..not for 1st time at this address..today experience Bad Service whre they keep on asking for a Clear address with street name and number...As indicated that ...Rural area..no street name or number..land.marks doesn't exist on the map.

No address no assistance

What's a difference between a call that I logged for Ford Ranger at the same address..it was quick and easy

Today was treated badly for the same Call/ Service. Just different car..

Why wasting my time to keep on asking address.. I am.not deep rural..as I am closer to Jozini Town and Jozini..on the main road..its walking Distance to.town.. They have send an sms of a call with a link to share location. Which is Great

Pls.update your call centre process for Rural customers. As the customer will still send location via the links..

I am very angry on how I was treated ..Its not the 1st call..

We pay premiums..should be treated with respect as people from cuties

Especially as you have the tool to share location

So dissatisfied and dissapointed with Service
