Bad service

I got stuck in a Jukulyn in soshanguve a place know for high rate crime that time am travelling with very precious business equipment. Instead of sending someone to come tow me they ask me a million questions before taking me out of a place that is dangerous and ask questions later, they kept me there talking on the phone. Am still at the location and not sure if they have sent a car to come tow me
