Bad service ever

Why is it my account debited twice in a month whilst we had an agreement of once a month which is the 25th im not happy with everything because i have tried to communicate in any means with you and no one bothered to e-mail or text me back,i want you to cancell my policy today or I'll take actions for you if not. I was conviced that you have better service but it seems like it will be hard to reach you in terms of need All i want is my money back as there are many insurance companies likes of Miway maybe they will be happy to assist my case Honestly and deeply i want anything to do with you.
