BAD SERVICE EVER

I sent them an email on the 5 October 2018 to cancelled my policy,they only attended to my email during the last week of October 2018 already loaded debit order to go off on the 1 st November 2018 even after i spoke to Gregg the consultant who was rude telling me i called them for a quote not them and why should KP suffer...however i told Gregg to cancel as i sent the email 4 weeks ago.i reversed the debit order on the 2 Nov 2018,with certanity that my insurence is cancelled.Today i received a call from KP to my surprise they are still on the issue that i thought it has been resolved.i was told my policy is still active,i told the agent that its impossible i cancelled it last month and reversed the debit order that means its null and void.Now at 19:38 KP debited my account without my authority, this constitutes theft.unauthorised debit.I regret the day i signed up with KP they are harrassing me for my money.Even after i spoke to them they stole my money.they are a headache,pain.
