Bad service

Had an accident. Had to go the whole time to the panel beaters they said. Car is now already at panel beaters from 22 May 2023. Heard today from the panel beaters that it is an estimate that the car will only be available 30 June 2023. Wonder if this would be the same problem at another panel beater. The rental car was only available from 22 May 2023 to 08 June 2023. Not such a clever plan to have that option on your policy. I have to stress now on how I get around without a car because I don't have the money to hire another car. Sent an e-mail to King Price 30/05/2023 and not received any contact in connection with the e-mail. Had to phone King Price myself to get an answer. Other people with King Price are now wondering if it is the correct option to be at King Price when they hear of all the trouble I have to deal with.
