Bad Service

Bad service already waiting 3 weeks .Claim was submitted 1 December 2025 and waiting for feedback.Was on the phone today for 58min trying to speak to a manager .Said they will phone me back with feedback.Still waiting for phone call.This is the second i have this experience with king Price

Good day its been almost 2 month now and my claim is still not settled .Claim date 1 December 2025.Can someone give me answers.I have send many mails and phone calls
