Bad service

I'm receiving a very very bad service from King price, my claim is still not resolve & it been more than two months now not getting any update. The only thing that their agent called Neil Van Loggerenberg want is one thing which I already sent to him twice but still looking for the same thing. I made several calls asking them to call me with an update but still nothing, I also wrote some e-mail still not joy.
