Bad Service compromising personal saftey

We have been with King Price Insurance for years both personal and commercially and not satisfied with the current service recieved based on my Tyre claim.

The entire month of March I have been trying to get my tyre replaced which I have sent all the required documents and information needed by Sean Du Plooy who was assigned the case.

My previous claim because of slow response I ended up paying cash for two new tyres and sent proof.

Now I alerted Sean that I need a replacement of one and it will burst soon which it has been going backwards and fourth and unfortunately I have had an puncher whilst in my car with kids and wife.

Not happy with the service received because all this could have been resolved in due course and avoid unnecessary circumstances I was placed in whilst with my family.
