Bad Service caused damages

On Friday 8 April at +/- 2:15pm, I called King Price to log a claim Ref No.: 4N-A3W3-01 with Home Assist to repair a leaking pipe in our roof. King Price Home Assist then assigned a plumber, Ohana Specialists. We then waited, even turned off the water for a bit, but the dripping continued. At 5pm, we called the plumber (who said he'd be coming from PTA north and would be there after 4pm) and he said he couldn't come anymore because he vehicle broke down on the side of the road, but he did call King Price to re-assign another person. We then called King Price to confirm this, they said they would escalate our query and send someone else. At 7pm we called King Price again, and they would \escalate\" it. I9pm, we were tired and still nothing. Saturday morning, we phoned King Price to ask them what now. They would call the plumber to find out why he never came. We also phoned the plumber and turns out he was under the impression King Price had reassigned someone else. He came after 10am, finally repaired the leak in 20min, but the damage had already been done because of the all night leaking, which damaged the ceiling. The call centre said they would log a query. Still nothing till now!"
