Bad Service

I am so ****ed with the service from king Price. My claim is just a scratch and dent claim, but they cant help ,what more if i was involved in a serious accident.

I just received a call from someone from claims department not scratch and dents ,she advised me that my claim will be rejected cause it exceeds R3000. According to the mail I received from scrach and dent claims, they advised that the removal and fittings of the parts will be for the clients account ,it won't form part of the quote,that I understand ,thats why I was willing to pay the difference of the qoute amount and the R3000 as the damage to my car is only few scratches. Another thing is how come my claim is been rejected by someone who is not handling my claim. Regards, Maria
