Bad service.
My car was written off and on Thursday the 9th of March they were supposed to send the Courier to pickup my papers. Today 13/3 16h00 still nothing. On Friday a senior advisor told me I must sign the loss form and email it to them and they will pay me back. Today I was told that it doesn't work like that they much first pick up the papers. I am now going to loose a car I was interested in due to their pathetic service.
