Bad service by Kingprice insurance.

Insured for 7years with kingprice,involved in an incident,vehicle was in perfect running condition prior to the incident.after the incident my vehicle was a non runner,outcome maintenance related.Maintenance is measured over period,but it does not take away that right after this incident my vehicle never drove.A security company was dispatched to perform mud recovery with no approved equipment.They addressed this with the recover service and apologized.Apology not accepted as i am a paying client and should received the right service.The right protocol was not followed and I had to pay R14000 out of pocket to fix.They scratched my vehicle while in their possession, I got a quote and their settled to only pay R2500 towards the quote.I have to add the rest in order to fix but I had no contribution to this damage caused by them.They are unhappy with the quote and I suggested they should call the company and discuss the quote with them as im a female and won't be able to explain to them.better hear it from the company.I paid R1500 per month for 7 years and this is tge service I receive.Apolohies for the long paragraph im so dissapointed.
