BAD SERVICE/ BAD SERVICE DELIVERY TIME
On the 23 March 2016, I was in an accident. I got rear-ended at red light by a bakkie that drove to fast & was not roadworthy. My vehicle got towed in with the correct procedures set by King Price, followed & with a reference code. The next day I phoned the customer line in order to make sure they have all the detail needed to make this claim go faster. I spoke to 'n very nice and friendly lady, Issabel & thought that she handled me professional & with care (She gave her best to me). However I had to phone King Price on the 1 April 2016 (consultant said they are still waiting for a damage report to be done), 4 April 2016 (spoke to a manager, as I was heated because nothing has been done. Then I was told that my car was assessed on 29 March 2016 & that I will hear something by 5 April 2016), 6 April 2016 ( Phoned again to get information or a damage report, Isabella called back with a wrong report & then mailed me the correct one the next day),on 7 April 2016 I received a mail that the claim was authorized. Today is, 17 April 2016 & I have not received information though I was promised to be kept up to date. (4 weeks/17 working days)Does a claim really take this long to handle?
