Bad service at kingprice insurance
I gave kingprice' claims department a call yesterday wanting to lodge a claim.The consultant told me unfortunately they can't help me because there are high call volumes and they will call me back within 2 hours,now it's been 24 hours they haven't come back to me and I need this claim to be done asap.I am really disappointed of their bad service
